I am from Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain, currently working at Anaxomics Biotech SL. and enrolled in the biomedicine PhD program at the UPF. My research topic is about ‘Clinical trial simulations based on Real World data by means of quantitative systems pharmacology approaches’. In this sense, autophagy related disease patient models will be generated using quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) approaches and then used for in silico clinical trials, or CTS. Moreover, a system biology view will be used to uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying the function of autophagy in different pathological backgrounds and to identify any common patterns and crosstalk.
