Hi, my name is Catherine and I originate from the UK. I obtained my Bachelor´s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Newcastle University, UK. Currently, I am part of Prof. Dr. Proikas-Cezanne´s team at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and I am also a member of the International Max Planck Research School “From Molecules to Organisms” programme at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology. I am interested in understanding the role of WIPI-mediated autophagy in the context of hepatocellular carcinoma.
